On top of that, the TV situation was bizarre, with one not functioning and the other leaning against it. the remote was filthy and missing the battery cover. The ice machine was out of order, and the lack of vending machines was inconvenient. The overall property appeared rundown, which made me feel uneasy about safety with questionable individuals hanging around.

The breakfast was truly beyond what I expected, plenty of options, and a great start to the day. The staff did help with a room switch when I complained about an issue, which showed some effort on their part.
